Anime Club 1st Ever AWESOME Picnic!

--The first ever Anime Club Picnic--

This is our way of one last awesome blast before we break for home for summer break. Hopefully this can be something to continue for next years to come. ^_^


We are providing an better alternative to Block Party that Saturday that it starts. It will be on Saturday April 17, 2010. We have not scheduled when it starts or when it ends, but it will approximately end sometime in the early evening. It may be early, but people who want to help out in our potluck picnic, start thinking now.
We are looking for people to donate food and outside sports stuff, since we will be in the Bloomsburg Park.

Suggestions are welcomed!!

Me and Cody are in. What are people bringing? We should have a list somewhere so everyone doesn't all bring the same thing.

Not sure, though we allegedly have a list somewhere. I'm making chicken wings.

Things to bring on the fly could include: soda/beverages, cups, plates+utensils+napkins, any picniky dish (no cole slaw for god's sake!).

In case you see this before the picnic here are the items that from now on are being taken by people:

Cups and Napkins--PD
Utensils and Plates--Me
Drinks--Justin
Food:
Chips--Longboat
Cheese/crackers/pepperoni platter--Munchkin
Desert--Me
Wings--Max
Sports Equipment
Random Stuff-- Munchkin

If anyone wants to bring something else--try something like extra money in case we need to get something or more sports equipment. You may bring more food though it seems like food should be covered. Just tell us ahead of time what you'd like to bring, especially if you bring sports equipment that needs some setting-up since we need you earlier than 12 to do so.

Times--
The picnic will go from 12 pm to 5 pm near the lake.
